Biography

I grew up in Vienna, Virginia and completed my undergraduate degree at Virginia Tech in Human Nutrition Food and Exercise. I began working as a clinical research coordinator, conducting studies on the effects of a vegan diet on various health outcomes. I decided to pursue a career as a PA to continue supporting my patients in improving their quality of life and obtained Master in Physician Assistant Studies at Shenandoah University. I am currently working on a Doctor of Medical Science degree at Shenandoah University and am completing a capstone project on the effects of saturated fat consumption on insulin sensitivity.
Personal Interests: During my free time, I enjoy running, lifting, reading, and spending time with friends, family and my 2 cats.
